We were fine for food. Did not need to use the food pantry.

Yes, the real estate market shut down for a few weeks. There are still some issue from the storm that are impacting the sale of homes.
What resources were helpful (in any way) after the derecho?
Personally, I was not in need but knew about what was available to people due to my position on council and getting updates from all levels of the government.
Are there any memories you would like to share?
I think the initial shock of what happened and how everyone on my street was outside trying to clear the road so a fire truck could get through. Also, the way neighbors were outside talking to everyone the week after the storm.
